Queridos todos,
Hoy empieza mi blog y va a servir un poco para poneros al tanto y al corriente de todo lo que estoy haciendo, por ejemplo; información acerca de FACE, luego teneros al tanto de mis andanzas por el mundo, por ejemplo ¿Dónde estoy dictando cursos? y por último compartir con vosotros cosas que yo creo son de interés acerca del mundo de la ortodoncia. Voy a empezar contándoos que he estado recientemente en Italia, donde tuve un semi o mini debate con nuestro amigo el Dr. Rinchuse, y la verdad, todo salió bastante bien y yo le hice ver que la oclusión sí que puede tener una relación con los problemas articulares. Luego a continuación me fui a México, donde di un curso a la Sociedad Mexicana de Odontología, es decir, muchos dentistas generales y algunos ortodoncistas, y les hablé de tratamientos multidisciplinarios pero también hablé de ATM y la relación que tiene con la oclusión, y la verdad, la recepción fue muy buena, y el hecho es que he recibido muchos emails preguntándome que a ver dónde se puede mirar eso porque a todos les pareció que efectivamente eso podía ser así. Y por último, he estado en Madrid, en la SEDO, donde hablé sobre la relación de la ortodoncia y la bioestética y no sé si los que me habéis oído os habéis dado cuenta que es una perfecta ayuda para acabar los casos ortodóncicos y así obtener nuestros objetivos de tratamiento, y por tanto, os animo a todos a que os metáis en el mundo de la bioestética y que estéis al tanto de la página web de Osteoplac, porque tarde o temprano saldrá algo sobre un curso que vamos a dar pronto con el Dr. Alejandro James. My blog begins today: it will be of some use in keeping you up to date with everything I’m doing; for example: information on FACE, and later I’ll keep you informed on my worldwide adventures; for example: where am I holding courses? And finally I will share with you those things that I believe are of interest in the world of orthodontics. I’ll start by telling you that I was recently in Italy, where I had a semi- or mini-debate with our friend Dr. Rinchuse, and, to be honest, everything turned out quite well and I got him to see that occlusion really can have a connection with joint problems. After that I went to Mexico, where I held a course at the Mexican Odontological Society; that is to say, a lot of general dentists and a few orthodontists. I told them about multidisciplinary treatments but I also spoke about ATM and its relation to occlusion, and, to be honest, it was very well received; and the fact is that I have received many emails asking me where it can be looked into because it seemed to everyone that, in effect, this could well be the case. And, finally, I was in Madrid, in SEDO, the Spanish Society of Orthodontics, where I spoke on the relationship between orthodontics and bio-aesthetics, and I don’t know if those of you who heard me realised that it is a perfect aid for the completion of orthodontic cases and thus achieving our therapeutic objectives, and so I urge you all to get involved in the world of bio-aesthetics and keep up to date with the Osteoplac webpage, because, sooner or later, something will come out about a course that we’re going to give with Dr. Alejandro James in the near future.
